Payment
All prices are in Euro's including sales tax, excluding shipping costs. You can make your payment via:
~ bank transfer (Netherlands and Europe)
~ PayPal (PayPal accepts most major credit cards and e-checks as well)

Payments have to be transferred within a week since ordering otherwise your order will be canceled.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. All items are shipped from the Netherlands with TNT Post. After receiving payment your order will be send within three working days. All order under € 30,- are shipped by non-registered mail. If you would like to add insurance to your order please feel free to contact us.

~ shipping to Europe takes about 2-4 working days
~ shipping outside Europe takes about 5-8 working days

We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items, import tax, customs fee, or customs delay.

Returns
We want all our costumers to be happy with their purchases. In case you are not, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and we can see what we can do to make you happy again. Never return the items before contacting us first.
